Creating a Service in WHMCS

After creating hardware packages, you can now create a VPS/Server product in WHMCS using the TZ Proxmox VE Module. This guide will help you configure the product properly for automatic provisioning.

Open Products & Services

In your WHMCS Admin Panel, navigate to:

Setup → Products/Services → Products

Create a New Product

Click Create a New Product to start configuring your VPS product.

Product Type: Select Server/VPS

Product Group: Choose your desired product group

Product Name: Enter the name of your product, e.g., Basic Ubuntu VPS

Module: Select TZ Proxmox VE

Continue to Product Details

Click Continue. You will be redirected to the product management page where you can set:

  • Description: Add details about your VPS offering
  • Pricing: Configure monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom pricing
  • Other Options: Configure welcome emails, stock control, or other product settings

Configure Module Settings

Go to the Module Settings tab to configure the TZ Proxmox VE integration:

Module Name: Select TZ Proxmox VE

Server Group: Choose the server group you created for TZ Proxmox VE

Hardware Package: Select the package you created in the Package Builder

Once configured, click Save Changes. Your product is now ready for automatic VPS provisioning.

✅ Product Created Successfully

Your WHMCS product is now linked to the TZ Proxmox VE Module. New orders will automatically provision VPS using the selected hardware package and server group.
