Hello TZSMM Support,

I have installed and activated your Cloudflare DNS Manager v3.0.0 module in WHMCS 9.0.8.

The Cloudflare API connection is working correctly, and the API token has the following permissions:

  • Zone → Zone → Read

  • Zone → DNS → Edit

  • Zone Resources → All zones

I already manage several domains in my Cloudflare account. These domains are active and already use Cloudflare nameservers.

However, the module currently shows 0 zones under "Manage Zones".

When I click "Activate Cloudflare" for an existing domain in the WHMCS client area, the module attempts to create a new Cloudflare zone and returns the following error:

"Cloudflare Error: Requires permission com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.create to create zones for the selected account."

My question is:

Does Cloudflare DNS Manager v3.0.0 support importing or linking existing Cloudflare zones to the corresponding domains and customers in WHMCS?

I do not want to create new Cloudflare zones or change existing nameservers.

My goal is to allow WHMCS customers to manage the DNS records of their own domains, while the domains remain registered through EuroDNS and continue using their existing Cloudflare zones.

If this functionality is supported, could you please provide instructions on how to configure it?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards,
